For best quality, thaw under refrigeration for 24 hours.
- Heavily season steak with salt & pepper.
- Bring to room temperature for 10 minutes before grilling.
- Grill on each side for 7-8 minutes or until inside reaches internal temperature of 115 for medium rare, 125 for medium, 135 for medium well, or 150 for well done.
- Let rest for 5 mins.
