Pasta Bolognese: Family Style
Serves 8-12 people. Pasta baked with our rich, house-made, meat sauce.
pasta, Bolognese sauce (ground pork, ground beef, carrots, onions, celery salt, nutmeg, white pepper, salt, white pepper, granulated garlic, tomato paste, cream, romano, lemon juice, culinary cream, rosemary, red wine, bay leaves)
For best quality, thaw under refrigeration overnight.
Preheat oven to 350º.
Bake, covered, for 1-1/2 hours.
Remove lid and parchment paper and continue to bake until top browns to your liking, approximately 45 minutes–1 hour, or until inside reads 165º.
For safety we recommend all products are reheated to an internal temperature of 165º.
