8 of Nani’s WORLD FAMOUS meatballs! The foundation of our entire business! Our Beef only meatballs are made with love and include bread, egg, cheese, parsley and garlic…any more info than that and I would have to kill you.
ground beef, white bread, egg wash, milk, romano, salt, pepper, granulated garlic, parsley flakes, tomato paste, sunday sauce (ground beef, salt pork, valoroso tomato, tomato paste, salt, pepper, granulated garlic, meatball juice, basil)
For best quality, thaw under refrigeration for 24 hours.
- preheat oven to 350º
- bake, covered, for 1-1/2 hours
- remove lid and parchment paper and continue to bake until top browns to your liking, approximately 20-30 minutes, or until inside reads 165º
For safety we recommend all products are reheated to an internal temperature of 165º.
